Unlimited Flight Logs Enter and track unlimited Flight Logs for each aircraft. You will never need to archive your historical data. | | Works Your Way Track as much or as little information as you want. BART will adapt to the level of detail you require. |
Flight Actuals Track all flight actuals such as: Time Out, Time Off, Time On, Time In, Hobbs Meter, Night Time, TTAF, and Cycles. | | Hobbs Meter or Flight Time You may track TTAF using either a Hobbs Meter entry or by entering flight time. Each aircraft in the system can be configured independently. |
Import BART-4-Web Logsheets Pilots may enter their flight actuals on the Internet at BART-4-Web.com. BART Recordkeeping, located at Homebase, can download the Web-entered Flight Logs, verify them and commit them to the database. Entering Flight Logs on BART-4-Web will save pilots from entering lots of trip information when they return from a long trip. | | Import from Scheduling To eliminate possible errors from re-keying information and to save valuable time, you may create Flight Logs directly from Scheduled trips. All pertinent information including leg details and passengers will be automatically transferred to the Flight Log. |
Crew Legal BART offers a comprehensive Crew Legal Tracking system for tracking crew training and examination requirements.
Legal dates are recalculated after each flight log for takeoffs, landings, and instrument requirements for legal checks during crew scheduling.
| | Crew Credits and Duty While entering your Flight Logs, you may give each Crew Member proper credit for Take Offs, Landings, Approaches, and Instrument Time. Based on the Crew Credits entered, BART will automatically generate a default Crew Member Duty profile that you can tailor to suit your needs. |
Simulator Logsheets and Outside Flying You may track each pilot's Simulator training and/or Outside Flying Activity. All collected information can optionally roll-up on the Crew reports. | | Fuel Consumption and Purchases Track and report all fuel purchases and consumption including gallons/liters or pounds before take-off, gallons/liters or pounds on arrival, fuel quantity purchased and total price. You may run reports to indicate fuel burn rates of different pilots. |
Passenger Chargebacks You have ultimate flexibility when charging back direct trip charges. Legs or Trips may be charged to individuals, departments, companies, Requestors, and/or Authorizers. Charges may be assessed by flight hour, block hour, mileage, flat rate, city pairs, point-to-point, SIFL rates or user defined. You may also split charges as desired. | | SIFL Charges BART will automatically calculate SIFL charges on the passengers you specify. As new SIFL rates come out, you may download them directly into BART Recordkeeping and retroactively update any Flights Logs to which the new SIFL rates might apply. |
Operational Trends Easily monitor trends in aircraft, time and passenger utilization over three user-defined periods. The Operations Report prints numerous details of each aircraft’s activity, including all costs of operations defined in costs per mile (NM or SM), per pax mile and per flight hour.
| | Data Quality As Pilots enter their flight actuals, BART will continually verify the information entered and perform all calculations. The system will go through an extensive series of checks before committing a Flight Log to ensure its accuracy. |
Logsheet Verification In just a few mouse clicks, BART will verify Flight Logs have been entered for each trip on your Schedule. This is a quick and easy way to gain assurance that all flight actuals have been captured. | | |
