Duty Time Reporting Making sure your crew is well within their legal limits of duty time is critical - for both 91 and 135 operators. Some duty time reports show general information such as date range totals, however other duty time reports show each day's duty time, prior rest, etc. As the FAA gets more and more strict about this, details are becoming more and more common. |  | Fuel Analysis With fuel prices going up, and then up some more - getting the best price at your desired fuel stops is critical. International Reports If you are an international traveling flight department, there are some reports that you are required to file: the International Customs Form, General Declaration and/or the CANPASS Report. SIFL Summary When your passengers fly for personal reasons, the IRS requires you to charge the passenger the SIFL charge. BART provides all SIFL cost information and automatically calculates the SIFL charge for the passenger. All you have to do is mark the passenger on the flight as 'SIFL', and let BART do the rest. When you accounting department comes to you and requires this information, you can simply generate the report and email it to them. All of the information they will ask of you is shown on the report. |  | Times and Cycles This quick report is designed to show the aircraft times/cycles on any given day.
